Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and packaged within 1-3 business days after your payment is verified.
Once your package leaves our facility, transit time depends on your location and chosen shipping method.

International (if offered): allow 7-21 business days or more depending on customs, duties, and destination.
Because we source from Faire wholesale suppliers, lead times can vary slightly depending on product availability and inventory status.

Free U.S. Shipping
- We proudly offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States — no minimum purchase required.
- Orders typically arrive within 2–7 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping
- We currently do not offer free international shipping. For international orders, rates will be calculated at checkout based on destination, carrier, and package weight.
- Delivery time for international shipments is typically 7–21 business days, depending on customs clearance and destination country.

Tracking & Delivery

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details.
If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days of order confirmation, please contact us at twistoffates2025@gmail.com.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. If the package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you are responsible for any extra shipping charges incurred.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees

For international orders: you may be responsible for import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees or other charges. These will be your responsibility.
Some Faire suppliers may ship under terms that include duties/taxes prepaid, but this varies. (Faire)

Free Returns

We offer free returns for eligible orders — your satisfaction is important to us.
To initiate a return, please contact us at twistoffates2025@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery, and we will provide you with further instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.
Free returns are available for domestic orders only unless otherwise specified.

Return Conditions

Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and with any original tags attached.
If the product is defective or damaged in transit, we will replace it or refund you at no cost.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you receive the wrong item.

Wholesale Inventory Note

Because our inventory is sourced through Faire wholesale suppliers, we coordinate returns in accordance with supplier policies on the platform. Faire offers free returns on opening orders for new brands. (Top Bubble Index)
If a product is discontinued, out of stock, or otherwise non-returnable (as specified by the supplier), we will communicate this at time of sale.

We reserve the right to update our shipping and returns policy at any time. The version displayed at checkout is the policy in effect when you placed your order.
